How it works

1. Save our number

   Add (262) 800-6287 to your contacts, for example as “TeamLogic IT N. Milwaukee – Text Support.”

2. Text your request

   Describe what you need help with. That opens a ticket and starts the conversation with your technician.

3. Watch for the automatic reply

   You’ll get a reply with your ticket number. It comes from a temporary number dedicated to that ticket, not the number you saved.

4. Work with your technician

   Reply in that same conversation. Your technician helps you right there.

5. Ticket resolved, conversation closed

   Once the ticket is resolved, the temporary number stops working. For a new issue, text (262) 800-6287 again and you’ll get a fresh conversation.

Good to know

• Keep your mobile number current with us. If we ask, complete the Contact Confirmation Form and opt in to text messages.
• Never text passwords or other sensitive information. We’ll send you a secure data request instead.
• For something urgent like a system outage, call the support number in your system tray.
