Your support, in one place.

The Client Portal makes submitting tickets simple and keeps communication clear and organized: create tickets, chat with technicians, verify our team, and review your history.

What you can do

Create tickets

Pick your issue from a menu and answer a few quick questions.

Chat with technicians

Message your tech directly from any ticket.

Verify technicians

Confirm the person contacting you works for us.

Track your history

See every ticket and filter by open or closed.

Create a ticket

  1. Click “Create A New Ticket”

You’ll find it on the portal home page and on the Tickets page.

  2. Choose your issue

Select the issue from the menu. If nothing fits, choose “Other” and add a brief description.

  3. Answer a few follow-up questions

These help our team understand the problem and get to a fix faster.

  4. Note your ticket number

After you submit, a confirmation box shows your ticket number.

  5. Track progress

Open the ticket’s Timeline to follow updates, or click the Chat icon next to it to message your technician.

Chat with your technicians

  1. Click “Chat With Support”

A window opens with suggested issue options.

  2. Pick an option or describe the issue

If none of the suggestions match, type a short description and click Send.

  3. Chat starts right away

If a technician isn’t free yet, our AI assistant gathers a few details first so your tech has what they need when they join.

  4. Mark it resolved

Once your issue is fixed, click Resolved to close the ticket in your history.

Verify a technician, or be verified

Verify a technician

Click Verify Technician. A code pops up on your screen. The technician should be able to read it out to you. If they can’t, hang up and contact us right away using a number you already have.

When we need to verify you

If identity verification is required, a pop-up appears in the portal with a six-digit code. Share that code with your technician before service can continue. Your technician may instead ask you to click Confirm, or to enter a code we text you. More on how we verify you.

Find your ticket history

Click Tickets to see all of your tickets. Filter by All, Open, or Closed to find what you need, or start a new ticket from the same page.
