Why we use secure transfer
Email, chat, and text messages can be stored, forwarded, and intercepted. Our secure data transfer tools encrypt your information end to end so only the intended recipient can access it. That protects your business data, supports compliance, and reduces risk in everyday communication.
Sending information to us
- We send you a secure request
You’ll receive a “Secure Data Request” from your technician explaining what they need, for example: “Could you please send me the password I requested?”
- Open the link and enter the information
Type or paste what was requested into the secure form and submit it.
- The link expires
Your technician controls how long the request stays active, limited by number of uses or a time limit.
Only respond to a secure data request that matches something you’re working on with us. If you weren’t expecting it, verify the technician first.
Receiving information from us
When we send you something sensitive, you’ll get a secure link. Your technician sets how many times it can be opened and how long it stays active.
Copy it before you close the window. Many secure links can only be viewed once. After that, the information is gone and we’ll need to send a new link.
